SOFI Spritz.

SOFI had grown exponentially following Shark Tank appearances and crowdfunding campaigns and needed help to re-focus their strategy, to continue to grow.

The project covered research and analysis of what was working and what wasn’t, including a SKU rationalisation to help capitalise on consumer trends and innovation.

Working with the team we developed a marketing strategy that would help them stand out and cut through in a highly competitive category. This included building a brand and innovation plan, by channel and customer, ongoing team support and coaching to implement the plan.
